Kristy Greener holds a masters degree in clinical psychology, obtained from UKZN and has five years experience in the treatment of a variety of disorders.
As a clinical psychologist, Kristy treats people of all ages for a number of difficulties. These include, but are not limited to, addiction, anger management, anxiety, behavioural problems, bereavement, bipolar disorder, child abuse, depression, divorce, eating disorders, personality disorders and trauma.
She is a compassionate, hard working individual that aims to serve her clients best interests at all times. Kristy's approach to therapy is systemic in that she does not simply focus on the person seeking treatment. She believes that problems do not occur in a vacuum and in order to resolve them, one must make changes to the system the person is embedded in. This may involve working with teachers, siblings and parents as well as the person in therapy.
Kristy works closely with other health professionals and is able to offer counselling in English and isiZulu.
